Through the holistic acoustic staging of the themed areas, we strengthen the shopping and brand experience, unleash visitors' emotions, and underscore the multisensory experience using music and sound.
The acoustic customer journey starts with entering the store through a customized Ricola 'door bell', followed by the Pick & Mix station and leads through targeted instore music up the stairs towards the upper floor.
We are creating and delivering an individual music profile. The profile consists of carefully hand-picked music tracks and is regularly updated by HearDis!.

We generate daily changing, custom-made playlists, free of repetitions. Our AI-based software is specially designed to account for an ambitious musical dramaturgy without jarring tempo and genre changes.
The music is played from our certified hardware player which is installed on-site and remotely maintained and monitored by our technical service partner through your internet connection.
At the Pick & Mix station, the acoustic staging of a herbal meadow, including bee sounds, is audible via ceiling speakers to transform the heart of the products into a multi-sensory experience.
